What file types and sizes can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC, up to 25 MB each and 200 photos per batch. A ZIP of photos works too, up to 100 MB. Large photos are resized to 4096 px in your browser before upload, so camera files are fine.
What does a credit buy?
One photo that comes out clean. Resizing, changing the background, repositioning, upscaling and colour adjustments are free and instant: they never run the AI again. A retry does, and costs one credit.
Do credits expire?
No, never. Bought credits stay on your account for as long as it exists.
What happens when a result is bad?
Every result is checked automatically. Clearly broken ones, such as background left in or a hole in the product, are flagged and refunded on the spot. If we missed something, mark the area on the photo: we check the pixels in under a second and refund if the check agrees. Two reports per photo.
Do you keep my photos?
No. A batch and everything in it is deleted about two hours after it finishes, and the output carries no metadata. Download your results right away.
Is there an API?
Yes. One image costs one credit, the same as a removal in the studio. Details on the Agents & API page.
Is there an MCP server?
Yes. Point Claude, GPT or any MCP client at Cutstack and your agent can run a whole batch on its own: upload the photos, pick the marketplace preset, drop or retry a photo, and get the ZIP back. Every image it processes costs one credit, the same as in the studio. Details on the Agents & API page.
Can I use it for portraits or pets?
Yes, you can. The presets and the quality check are tuned for products, but people and pets come out clean too.
Where are photos processed?
On our servers in the EU. The AI model runs on a managed cloud; photos are sent to it for processing only and are not used to train anything. We never store your images for more than two hours, so download them as soon as the edit finishes.
